I bought a waist trainer. I emailed the contact number. There was no phone number to speak to a representative personally. I did not get a response back from the email that I submitted. I am very disappointed for not having the opportunity to exchange or refund the product due to a faulty zipper.
I never received the product. The tracking number provided still has the shipment at the facility saying it is waiting to be shipped out.
Always the best.
I have not received my order yet!!! However you’ll have the nerve to send me a review while I’m still waiting for my product!!!!!!!!
